The technician showed up on time the very next day. Super friendly and ready to tackle the job. My washing machine, a Whirlpool, had stopped spinning, which was throwing off our laundry schedule big time. The tech seemed to really know his stuff and got straight to diagnosing the problem. Turned out to be a minor issue with the motor connection. No upsell on parts or service I didn’t need. Job was done efficiently and the pricing was fair, which is not always the case with repair services. Very professional yet personable, making it super easy to trust them with future repair needs. Plus, they took the time to tidy up before leaving, a small touch but appreciated.
